Nevertheless Bata bears a great heritage and breakthroughs that nurture a unique Bata-spirit and a set of values that today forms the sole of our future. This book, via the parallelism  Bata‘s past and present, seeks to visualize what Bata is and has always been about: a firm step forward!

It is also its integration and proximity with the local communities and economies in many places of the world. Batabook will therefore be a people‘s book and will reshape with your contributions. To enable this we have therefore installed an online forum so that you may contribute your personal Bata related stories and materials to the publication.
